MoneyVoice does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, or credit advice.

Any summaries, categories, insights, reflections, or AI-generated responses provided by MoneyVoice are for personal organization and informational purposes only.

Users should not make financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or credit decisions based solely on MoneyVoice output.

Users are responsible for reviewing their own records and should consult qualified professionals when professional advice is needed.

MoneyVoice is not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, payment processor, lender, investment advisor, tax advisor, legal advisor, accounting firm, insurance provider, or credit repair service.

MoneyVoice does not move, hold, transfer, exchange, lend, borrow, invest, or manage money on behalf of users.

MoneyVoice does not provide banking services, payment services, money transfer services, lending services, investment management, tax preparation, legal advice, insurance products, or credit improvement services.

MoneyVoice may use artificial intelligence to interpret voice input, suggest transaction categories, summarize spending, and help users reflect on their money flow.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misunderstood. This includes amounts, currencies, categories, dates, merchants, exchange rates, and summaries.

Users must review and confirm transaction records before saving them. MoneyVoice should not automatically save financial records without user confirmation unless the user has clearly enabled such a feature.

MoneyVoice is designed to assist users, not replace user judgment.

Users are responsible for:

MoneyVoice helps users see their money flow more clearly, but users remain responsible for their own financial choices.

MoneyVoice helps you organize records that you choose to enter. It does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, legality, or tax suitability of your records.

You are responsible for maintaining your own official financial, accounting, tax, and legal records.

MoneyVoice may allow you to speak naturally to record transactions or ask financial organization questions. Voice features may require microphone access and internet connectivity.

Voice input is used only to provide the requested recording, organization, summary, and reflection features. MoneyVoice does not use voice input to provide banking, payment, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or credit services.

MoneyVoice does not sell voice input, financial records, or spending history to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

If network conditions are unstable, voice features may be delayed or unavailable.

MoneyVoice may support multiple currencies and exchange-rate conversion.

Exchange-rate data may be provided by third-party services or estimated based on available data. Unless clearly verified, exchange-rate values should be treated as informational and may not reflect exact rates used by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

You should verify exchange rates when accuracy is important.

MoneyVoice may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Paid plans may include additional voice usage, AI insights, multi-currency features, reports, subscription tracking, or other premium features.

Subscription terms, trial periods, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform where you subscribed.

Free plans may include usage limits, such as a limited number of voice sessions or transaction records per month.

MoneyVoice may change plan limits or features with notice.

We work to keep MoneyVoice available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party service failures, AI provider issues, or other causes.

MoneyVoice may store data locally on your device and/or through backend systems. You are responsible for keeping backup records when necessary.

We will take reasonable steps to protect your records, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, delayed, corrupted, or unavailable.

You may not use MoneyVoice to:

MoneyVoice, including its name, logo, design, software, and content, is owned by MoneyVoice or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from MoneyVoice without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to MoneyVoice if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk, or use the service unlawfully.

You may stop using MoneyVoice at any time.

MoneyVoice is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or produce perfectly accurate financial records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyVoice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, financial losses, or reliance on inaccurate AI-generated information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the app or website.

AI 생성 출력은 금액, 통화, 카테고리, 날짜, 가맹점, 환율 및 요약을 포함하여 불완전하거나 부정확하거나 지연되거나 잘못 해석될 수 있습니다.

사용자는 거래 기록을 저장하기 전에 반드시 검토하고 확인해야 합니다. 사용자가 해당 기능을 명시적으로 활성화하지 않은 한, MoneyVoice는 사용자 확인 없이 금융 기록을 자동으로 저장해서는 안 됩니다.

MoneyVoice는 사용자의 판단을 대체하는 것이 아니라 보조하도록 설계되었습니다.

MoneyVoice는 음성 입력, 금융 기록 또는 지출 내역을 광고주, 데이터 브로커 또는 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

네트워크 상태가 불안정한 경우 음성 기능이 지연되거나 사용 불가능할 수 있습니다.

MoneyVoice는 다중 통화 및 환율 변환을 지원할 수 있습니다.

환율 데이터는 제3자 서비스에서 제공되거나 이용 가능한 데이터를 기반으로 추정될 수 있습니다. 명확히 검증되지 않은 경우, 환율 값은 정보 제공 목적으로만 취급되어야 하며 은행, 카드사 또는 결제 제공업체가 사용하는 실제 환율을 반영하지 않을 수 있습니다.

정확성이 중요한 경우 환율을 직접 확인하시기 바랍니다.

MoneyVoice는 무료 및 유료 구독 플랜을 제공할 수 있습니다.

유료 플랜에는 추가 음성 사용량, AI 인사이트, 다중 통화 기능, 리포트, 구독 추적 또는 기타 프리미엄 기능이 포함될 수 있습니다.

구독 조건, 체험 기간, 갱신, 취소 및 환불은 Apple App Store, Google Play 또는 기타 결제 제공업체를 통해 처리될 수 있습니다.

사용자는 구독한 플랫폼을 통해 직접 구독을 관리할 책임이 있습니다.

무료 플랜에는 월별 음성 세션 또는 거래 기록 수 제한과 같은 사용 한도가 포함될 수 있습니다.

MoneyVoice는 사전 고지 후 플랜 한도 또는 기능을 변경할 수 있습니다.

MoneyVoice를 안정적으로 유지하기 위해 노력하지만, 중단 없는 오류 없는 서비스를 보장하지는 않습니다.

서비스는 유지보수, 네트워크 문제, 제3자 서비스 장애, AI 제공업체 문제 또는 기타 원인으로 인해 이용 불가능할 수 있습니다.

MoneyVoice는 기기 로컬 및/또는 백엔드 시스템을 통해 데이터를 저장할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 필요한 경우 백업 기록을 직접 유지할 책임이 있습니다.

기록 보호를 위해 합리적인 조치를 취하겠지만, 데이터가 손실, 지연, 손상 또는 이용 불가능해지지 않을 것을 보장할 수 없습니다.

다음의 목적으로 MoneyVoice를 사용할 수 없습니다:

MoneyVoice의 이름, 로고, 디자인, 소프트웨어 및 콘텐츠를 포함한 MoneyVoice는 MoneyVoice 또는 그 라이선서가 소유합니다.

허가 없이 MoneyVoice를 복사, 복제, 수정, 배포하거나 파생 저작물을 만들 수 없습니다.

본 약관을 위반하거나, 서비스를 남용하거나, 위험을 초래하거나, 불법적으로 서비스를 사용하는 경우 MoneyVoice에 대한 접근을 정지 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.

사용자는 언제든지 MoneyVoice 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
